Sacrifices for Brotherhood, Trees for Humanity

This year again, with the motto “Sacrifices for Brotherhood, Trees for Humanity”, sacrifices will reach our brothers and sisters while trees will be planted for humanity. Our sacrifices become a practical prayer for our brotherhood, while the trees contribute to the climate of the world.

With representatives and volunteer teams in 23 regions in Türkiye and around the world, Yardımeli will knock on the doors of those in need and orphan families in the most remote places during this Eid, building bridges of compassion and charity through the sacrificial shares delivered to them.

How does the Qurbani organization process work?

Donors who wish to give a Qurbani proxy can transfer their donation via bank transfer/EFT to the association account, deliver it in cash with a receipt to the coordination center or representatives, or send their proxy online through yardimeli.eu/donate/#kurban using a debit or credit card.

Once the donation reaches the association, the donor is informed via SMS by Yardımeli. Starting from the first day of Eid al-Adha, the information of the slaughtered sacrifice is also sent to the donor via SMS. The sacrifices entrusted to our association are slaughtered in accordance with Islamic principles while the donor’s name is recited. The slaughter footage is sent to the donor via our website.

One tree for every sacrifice; a gift for humanity

The “1 Qurbani 1 Tree” campaign, initiated in 2018 as part of the “Qurbani Slaughter and Distribution Organization” successfully carried out every year in Türkiye and our heartlands, will continue this year as well.

Within this project pioneered by Yardımeli Association, fruit trees will be planted in Türkiye and Africa on behalf of each donor for every sacrifice performed. The types of trees will be selected according to the region and planted accordingly.
