In the Gaza Strip, which is approximately 60 km long and 20 km wide, about 2.5 million people live. Since 2006, the people of Gaza have been forced to live under blockade in what has been described as an open-air prison imposed by Israel. After October 7, 2023, people have been left to hunger, death, and disease, and all of this has been taking place before the eyes of the world on television screens.

Educational Support for Gazan University Students Studying in Türkiye

We will provide educational support to 505 university students studying at various universities in our country whose families reside in Gaza. Many of these students are unable to contact their families in Gaza. Those who can reach them cannot receive financial support due to war, poverty, and lack of resources.

Our valued donors who wish to contribute to the education expenses of these young people entrusted to us can become part of this charity through Yardımeli.

Gazan students who will receive educational support from Yardımeli will be given assistance for 9 months. The monthly education support amount is 50€. Donors may deposit either monthly contributions or the full annual amount into Yardımeli accounts.

For security and confidentiality reasons, the information of students receiving educational support (such as the university and faculty where the student studies and other details) will only be shared with the sponsoring donor.
